The CSR initiatives are focused on three areas of great importance, Education, Healthcare and Rural Economic Development.
Link Natural contributes to uplift the healthcare of our consumers with our range of products. We believe that we can contribute much more to address the healthcare needs of the people with our knowledge and expertise. Therefore healthcare is a top priority for our CSR.
We are constantly seeking opportunities to raise awareness on better health specially among the less privileged people, who do not have access to health education. Common health problems with less attention are being addressed through our awareness programmes. Health awareness programs are conducted island wide reaching over 500000 people annually.
Promotion of good oral health
health through many initiatives such as island wide awareness programs, dental clinics focusing the people who do not have access to professional dental care. Our initiative to donation of toothpaste to rural communities has been widely appreciated.
People of several provinces are affected with dental fluorosis due to high fluoride content of natural water sources. Company invests on projects to provide fluoride free water for the people who are in the affected areas.
Infrastructure development in healthcare sector
The company supports the infrastructure development of less privileged rural hospitals and selected urban hospitals.
Renovation of the school dental clinic at Galenbindunuwewa Maha Vidyalaya, donation of dental equipments to the Lady Ridgeway Hospital for Children in Colombo, renovation of the children’s word at Dompe District Hospital are among the recent CSR activities.

Company extends its helping hands to the people in need, when situations such as, adverse
climatic conditions, natural disasters, disease epidemics make people’s life difficult. “Janasahana” thirst aid Project is an important endeavor that helped people of North Central Province who were affected by the drought in2014.

“Ugathamana”- Student Competency Development Project
Company has initiated “Ugathamana” Student competency development project with the objective of building an excellent school and competent students. In initial phase project was focused to enhance the results of students in Year 5 scholarship, O/L and A/L examinations. Now this project is further expanded to uplift student’s personality, leadership skills and attitudes and to strengthen the relationships between students and teachers.
Sports & Extracurricular Activities
Sports and extracurricular activities are important skills essential to become future leaders. Sports tournaments, Debate competitions are among the important initiatives that helped to develop student’s hard as well as soft skills.

Out Grower Projects
We partner with local farmers across Sri Lanka to grow medicinal plants. We provide seeds, financial assistance to upgrade the agricultural technology, technical assistance and training in good agricultural practices and buy back agreements for their harvests. Company has been able to get quality raw materials while contributing livelihood development of farmers and rural economic development.
